Program Objective:

This coaching program helps global sales professionals develop strategic thinking and impactful presentation skills in English to support clients’ global business more effectively.

Kick-Off Session (45 min): Aligning on Purpose and Preparation

Objective: Align on the coaching goal and establish a shared understanding of the program’s expectations.

Focus:

  • Program overview and learning outcomes
  • Self-introductions (Coach and Participants)

Pre-work: Submit a 2–3 slide draft of your global client support strategy (goal, key stakeholders, expected outcomes) at least one week before Session 1.

Session 1 (60 min):
Build a Clear and Aligned Global Support Strategy

Objective: Define a focused, outcome-oriented support strategy that aligns with your business goals.

Coaching Focus:

  • Clarify the strategy’s purpose, target audience, and intended outcomes
  • Learn how to organize your ideas and message flow in a logical, outcome-driven structure

Outcome: You will walk away with a clear draft of your client support strategy aligned to stakeholder needs.

Session 2 (60 min):
Deliver a Presentation that Engages and Connects

Objective: Learn how to create a presentation that grabs attention and keeps the audience engaged.


Coaching Focus:

  • Create a compelling and relevant opening
  • Use storytelling techniques and structure to bring your message to life
  • Apply verbal, vocal, and visual delivery techniques
  • Handle questions and objections with empathy and confidence

Outcome: This session will be video-taped for review. You will deliver a first version of your presentation and receive feedback from your coach.

Session 3 (60 min):
Gain Stakeholder Trust through Confident Communication

Objective: Strengthen your ability to gain support and trust from key stakeholders through persuasive delivery.

Coaching Focus:

  • Deliver with energy, confidence, and authority
  • Highlight the strategic value of your proposal to build emotional connection
  • Use active listening and invite feedback to foster dialogue
  • Communicate transparently to increase credibility

Outcome: This session will be video-taped for review. You will present a revised version and receive targeted feedback for final refinement.

Session 4 (Split into Two Parts)
Part 1 (90 min): Rehearsal – Practice and Feedback

Objective: To strengthen your delivery through structured rehearsal and feedback before the final presentation.

Coaching Focus:

  • Rehearse your presentation in a peer setting that simulates a global business environment
  • Receive constructive feedback from the coach and peers to refine your message and delivery
  • Identify final improvement points and strengthen your confidence before the actual presentation

Part 2 (90 min): Final Presentation – Present with Confidence

Objective:
To confidently deliver your completed global client support strategy in a realistic presentation setting.

Coaching Focus:

  • Present your finalized strategy in a simulated high-stakes business environment
  • Reflect on your delivery and receive coach feedback
  • Define clear next steps to apply your strategy in real-world business situations

Outcome:
You will complete the program with a client-ready presentation and an actionable implementation plan.
