The Global Leader Program focuses on developing the skills and knowledge required to lead effectively in a global environment. It empowers participants to navigate complex, diverse business settings with confidence. The program equips leaders to manage high-performing teams across cultures, make strategic decisions, negotiate effectively, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Participants also engage in action learning projects to apply their learnings to real business challenges, ensuring practical, lasting impact.

Pre-assignment:
Pre-assignments are tailored in consultation with the client and may include:

  • GlobalSmart Profile: Understanding personal work styles across cultures
  • DiSC® Assessment: Gaining insights into communication styles
  • Additional reading materials and prework relevant to each session

Action Learning:
Alongside seminars, teams engage in action learning projects, applying seminar insights to real business challenges. Themes are determined based on organizational needs.
